Direct-ish Download Link For The Accidental Husband Preview Reel

This is early stuff, a real first look at Uma Thurman and Colin Firth in their Accidental Husband roles. The film is still in production, apparently, so we're some ways a way from an actual trailer. You might call this a promo reel, or product reel, I'd guess.

The file is, as per usual, parked on Sendspace. You get five minutes of scenes from the film, which should give you quite a good idea of how it's shaping up.

Mission Zero Minus One

The latest Pirelli film, Kathryn Bigelow's Mission Zero, goes live on Feb 12th. Today is only Feb 11th - well, for Americans anyway, I've just noticed that it's after midnight in the UK. Coming from here, however, you can get to see Uma Thurman's racing stripes one day early and exclusively.

Enjoy.

Pirelli Steal Bill With Thurman As The Getaway Driver

Once it goes live and we can all watch it, the new Pirelli film, Mission Zero, might seem a little familiar to anybody who saw Kill Bill. Not only does it star Uma Thurman, it puts her behind the wheel of a very yellow car, and sets some hitmen about the task of taking her down. I bet she'd have been a goner with any other tyres, eh?

I can't find any indication of who has directed this film. Clue?

[EDIT: When culturalelite visited the site, Kathryn Bigelow's credit was nice and clear. Lovely. She knows action]

Uma Thurman Has Broken Her Wrist

Two Kill Bills down and nary a scratch, then Uma Thurman incurs a broken wrist on the set of The Accidental Husband? Hardly seems fair, does it?

Production of the movie has gone on hold for a week - and at a convenient time of year too - while Uma heals at home. I'm sure it won't turn out that her co-stars Colin Firth or Isabella Rossellini tripped her up just to get a few more days off at Christmas... will it?
